ADULT SESSIONS:
Book your 45 minute adult only session to experience the health benefits of breathing micro particles of dry salt while resting in a communal cave-like atmosphere.

CHILDREN SESSIONS:
Children can benefit while having fun! Children only 45 minute sessions (ages 6 months to 12 years old, price includes one child and a caregiver) gives them a chance to play in the salt with buckets and toys while listening to fun music, all while taking in the healthy minerals and nutrients in the air.

COFFEE/TEA CHATTER session - Tuesdays at 9:45 a.m. and Fridays at 10:00 a.m. FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY, RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE MUG WITH YOUR RESERVATION.

Need to multitask or catch up with friends and breathe healthfully? This session is for you! Yin Yoga - Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m.

Join Jennifer Duncan, Certified Yoga Instructor, for a 90 minute Yin Yoga class while receiving the healing benefits of the Cave. Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga, meditative in nature, in which you sink into poses for 3-5 minutes targeting the connective tissue of the body. The poses are performed while either seated or laying on the yoga mat, with a minimal amount of physical exertion aiming to release physical and emotional tensions that have accumulated in the body due to the stress of work and personal lives. Some benefits of a yin yoga practice include reducing stress and anxiety, improving flexibility both on and off the mat, releasing fascia and improving the flow of chi or prana in the body through meridian stimulation. This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Please bring yoga mat, water and white socks. Yoga blocks, straps and blankets will be provided. Gentle Therapeutic Yoga - Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.

Gentle Yoga is a slow Yoga practice, to lengthen and strengthen the body, while focusing on the breath and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, water and white socks. All levels welcome. Posture Flexibility class - Sundays at 2:00 p.m.

Flexibility is important for good posture and balance - better achieve a full range of motion with a well-stretched, flexible muscle. Back pain can be alleviated and functional daily tasks such as reaching, bending, and twisting become easier. Improvements can also be seen in performing such acts as golf swings or tennis serves. Dynamic Stretching - Saturdays at 1:30 p.m.

Come join Barry Horton of B All About Your Body who will present "Dynamic Stretching". This stretch class engages your body in a series of specific movements designed to increase elasticity, blood flow and muscle temperature. Perform these stretches on your mat while taking in the essential and healthy minerals from the salt! Please bring a mat, water and white socks. All levels welcome. Meditation - Lunchtime reboot - Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m.

Press pause and reset on the mid-week hustle. Join us in the salt cave for meditation at lunchtime on Wednesdays. This audio guided mediation session combined with halo therapy offers tremendous health benefits that will restore balance, boost immunity, calm the nervous system, and alleviate stress. By utilizing a simple approach to meditation and breath work, you leave feeling centered and grounded for the rest of the day. SPECIAL EVENT: Salt and Sound Healing Meditation with Alison DeNicola - April 25th at 6:30 p.m.
