Adult or Children Sessions

Book your 45 minute adult only session to experience the health benefits of breathing micro particles of dry salt while resting in a cave-like atmosphere.

Children can benefit while having fun! Children only sessions (ages 6 months to 12 years old, price includes one child and a caregiver) gives them a chance to play in the salt with buckets and toys, all while taking in the healthy minerals and nutrients in the air.

Vinyasa Yoga

Come join Tommi Kern, Certified Yoga Instructor, for an invigorating session in the cave while breathing in the health benefits of the salt. Challenge your core with the shifting salt underfoot which is unlike your standard yoga class! Please bring a yoga mat, water and white socks. Levels 1 and up. With 200 hour RYT, Usui Reiki Master, and a bachelors degree in nursing, Tommi gained an appreciation of the importance of healing, self care, and recuperation while working as a neurosurgical critical nurse when she discovered an outlet in the breath and flow of yoga, and has been hooked ever since. Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slow Yoga practice, to lengthen and strengthen the body, while focusing on the breath and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat, water and white socks. All levels welcome. Our instructor, Merri Mueller, is a highly experienced, extensively trained yoga teacher. Merri is known for teaching newbies, advanced yogis, runners, spinners, cross fitters, young, old, men, women, overweight, overworked, overstressed, pre & post surgery, pre & post natal and cancer survivors. Yin Yoga

Join Jennifer Duncan, Certified Yoga Instructor, for a 90 minute Yin Yoga class while receiving the healing benefits of the Cave. Yin Yoga is a slower paced yoga, meditative in nature, in which you sink into poses for 3-5 minutes targeting the connective tissue of the body. The poses are performed while either seated or laying on the yoga mat, with a minimal amount of physical exertion aiming to release physical and emotional tensions that have accumulated in the body due to the stress of work and personal lives. Some benefits of a yin yoga practice include reducing stress and anxiety, improving flexibility both on and off the mat, releasing fascia and improving the flow of chi or prana in the body through meridian stimulation. This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Please bring yoga mat, water and white socks. Yoga blocks, straps and blankets will be provided. Dynamic Stretching

Come join Barry Horton of B All About Your Body who will present "Dynamic Stretching". This stretch class engages your body in a series of specific movements designed to increase elasticity, blood flow and muscle temperature. Perform these stretches on your mat while taking in the essential and healthy minerals from the salt! Please bring a mat, water and white socks. All levels welcome. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.

Meditation - Lunchtime reboot

Press pause and reset on the mid-week hustle. Join Tommi in the salt cave for guided meditation on Wednesdays. The combination of halo therapy and meditation offers tremendous health benefits that will restore balance, boost immunity, calm the nervous system, and alleviate stress. By utilizing a simple approach to meditation and breath work, our guided class will leave you feeling centered and grounded for the rest of the day. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.

Cave Rentals/Happy Hours

Have a girl's outing, birthday party, family gathering, bridal party bonding or any event by renting the cave for your private group. Enjoy the time with your group and the beverages you bring while listening to fun music and breathing the healthy salt (up to 12 people). Subject to availability.

SPECIAL EVENT:60 minute Salt Cave session with 10 minute Reflexology with Jason Zwickler on 4/19/18 at 5:00 p.m.

This special event allows you to enjoy relaxing in the salt cave for a 1 hour session! During the session, you will receive 10 minutes of reflexology by Jason Zwickler. Jason is a Licensed Massage Therapist and he is Board Certified. He graduated from the renowned Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1999. This class is limited to 6 people only.

SPECIAL EVENT:MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9. 9:45-10-45 AM.

Mindfulness teaches psychological tools and meditation techniques that enable us to be aware and fully present in our lives rather than overly reactive or overwhelmed by every day events. Mindfulness is a scientifically evidence-based practice that allows us to respond to life's pain and stresses in a way that is more skillful and compassionate to ourselves and those around us. Benefits you may experience from this program include: reduction in stress, anxiety and depression; decreased rumination and worry; increased emotional regulation; better ability to cope with chronic pain and illness; improved concentration, memory and mental clarity; and enhanced feelings of happiness and well-being. SPECIAL EVENT:Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing with Alison DeNicola - April 26th at 6:30 p.m.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful guided meditation practice that invites us to visit each level of our being & open the door to ease & bliss. Paired with sound healing, it is an amazing way to access and release energy that is held in the body. Experiencing all of this in the healing space of a Himalayan salt creates the perfect setting for deep peace and healing. Experience a deeply relaxing yoga nidra with sound healing. Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and more will help reset & restore. Alison is a certified Yoga Instructor as well as a certified Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra teacher, Five Element Yoga teacher, IET Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. In addition, she has studied Thai Yoga Massage, Polarity, Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, Intuitive Coaching, Chakra Therapy and Restorative Yoga with amazing teachers all around the country.
