There are a myriad of benefits to participating in a Restorative Stretch session in the salt cave that will assist to relieve mental stress, release physical tension, decrease aches, pains and tightness, and aid in injury prevention. Utilizing a stretch strap on a mat inside the beautiful, relaxing Salt Cave. you will be guided through a series of mindful stretching techniques to help improve circulation, increase flexibility and range of motion, align your posture, decrease compressed stiff joints and decrease muscle tension.  All while also benefiting from the inhalation of salt therapy which has natural anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antihistamine properties so it is effective in detoxifying the body, strengthening the immune system and relieving the symptoms of a wide range of conditions.
