RESERVATIONS REQUIRED

Feel good in your body!  Class includes active and dynamic stretching as well as longer passive holds (yin yoga).  Join us for an hour of a your inner calm as you melt into restorative yin/stretch poses in the therapeutic atmosphere of the salt cave—a perfect balance of stillness and rejuvenation. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT AND BLANKET, AND WEAR WHITE SOCKS.
