Terms & Conditions

1) Room set up must be confirmed two days in advance of the event. Ten antigravity chairs are available for your use.
2) Please bring any props that you need - for example, tables, yoga mats, lights (it is dim in both rooms), upright chairs, etc. Should you wish to use our props, please contact us one week in advance for pricing and availability.
3. The included "light assistance" by staff is for our front desk staff to pleasantly greet guests and guide them for item storage, bathroom, etc. It is not for lifting or installing tables and props or breaking down afterwards.
4. Please have your clients bring their own props, dress in layers and bring their own blankets. It is required that the clients wear white/light colored socks so it is recommended you bring booties or extra socks, just in case.
Our blankets, booties, teas and props are not available for use. Please remember that this is just for use of the facility.
5. Please be respectful of the time allotted. You have a total of 90 minutes to set up, do event, break down any props, and have your clients leave. Our staff cannot leave until everyone has vacated. Failure to adhere to these times or leave the space empty or with 5 anti-gravity chairs set up, will incur a fee of $25 for every 15 minutes, which said charge you agree to as part of the rental charge.
6. You agree that we can provide your clients with a discount code using your name for a future salt session and any brochures/information.
