Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation which helps to create a profound state of relaxation and calm. Through visualization, affirmation, breath work, and more, you will be guided to a place of deep inner peace. The addition of healing sound instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more used throughout the session in this beautiful location, combined with the many benefits of Salt Therapy, make for a unique and extra-special self-care experience! Note that Yoga Nidra does not include any asana practice. Please bring a mat to lie down on and any other props you would like for comfort- blanket, eye covering, bolster, etc.
